Information you provide
When you send a funding request, we collect the contact, identity, attorney, case, and funding information you enter. Attorney and staff requests may include a client’s information, case assessments, insurance details, liens, and prior funding. Contact forms collect your name, contact information, message, and any reference you supply. Please share another person’s information only with their permission.
How information is used
The funding team uses submitted information to evaluate requests, communicate with applicants and their attorneys, respond to questions, service existing agreements, and maintain request records. Sending a request does not automatically create a funding agreement. This website saves submitted requests, emails them to the funding team, and provides a reference number.
Hosting and operational data
The website runs on managed WordPress hosting. The hosting platform may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser type, for access, reliability, and security. The site records the submission time and a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The site does not add advertising trackers; if analytics are added later, this notice will be updated.
Language, text messages and drafts
English and Spanish pages are separate addresses, so your language choice is simply the page you visit. Form entries remain in the page while you work and are sent when you choose to submit. Unsubmitted drafts are not saved as a request and may be lost if you close or leave the page. If you ask to receive documents by text message, you consent to messages about your request at the mobile number you provide; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Sharing and retention
Relevant information may be shared with your attorney, authorized funding personnel, and service providers who support the request and agreement process, or when disclosure is required by law. Request records are retained as needed for the funding relationship, operational needs, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical records, or confidential legal documents in the open text fields.
Questions and privacy requests
Use the contact form to ask about your information, request a correction, or discuss access or deletion. The team may need to verify your identity and determine which records must be retained. Privacy rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law.
