Support your client.
Stay focused on the case.
A considered funding process for personal injury practices, with clear requests, direct communication, and terms your client can review with you.
The right information.
From the right people.
Attorneys and firm staff have dedicated intake paths. Share the information your team already tracks: liability, case stage, coverage, estimated case value, liens, and prior funding. Every offer arrives in writing, and our agreements follow California’s consumer legal funding law (AB 931) in English and Spanish.
A practical review checklist
- Client and attorney contact information
- Incident summary and liability assessment
- Case stage, coverage, and estimated value
- Existing liens and prior funding payoff
- Requested amount and urgency
Your judgment stays yours
Your client and your firm direct the litigation and settlement decisions. A funding request does not give Puentiva control over the case.
No referral compensation
Attorneys do not receive referral compensation for directing clients to Puentiva. The decision should serve the client’s needs.
Review before commitment
The client reviews and signs the funding agreement. An intake submission is not a funding agreement or an assignment of proceeds.
